Where are you shipping your products from?

Most of our products are produced and shipped from the sunny California, US, from these locations:

A few products may come from different countries other than US, however those products will receive a longer shipping time information on it's description. 

 

How long does it take to receive an order?

Processing takes up to 48 hrs.

- Products shipped from U.S.

For the majority of products, (which are shipped from US), shipping time is 3-5 business days for domestic orders (US orders). International shipping varies based on destination. Typically, 5-12 business days for international.

- Products shipped from other countries.

Some products will be shipped from our Warehouses in another countries other than US, like China for example. For those products, please, refer to the shipping time in the product's description. Due to high demand, before ordering, please, be in mind that normally shipping times for those products can take up to 12-20 days. 

If there's no specific information about special shipping times on the product's description, then, you know the product will be shipped from United States.

 All products, without exception are shipped with Tracking Code.

 

Is there any additional fees or import duties?

Customs fees depend on the laws of your country. For products that aren't shipped from your home country, it may occur, however in the majority of cases you are not required to pay any customs fees because we ship all those products as low-value gifts. Moreover, we send larger orders in separate packages to avoid such charges.

 

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Currently we do not offer expedited shipping. All shipping will be standard.

 

How do you handle returns/exchanges? 

We offer returns within 15 business days from receive of delivery. If it is our error, then we will pay for shipping back to us. Otherwise, buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Exchanges are based on availability of stock.

 

Do you provide tracking numbers for orders?

Yes, tracking numbers will be updated to your order once it has been shipped.

 

What is the address to ship back returns?
It depends on the item you bought. Below you can find the two possible addresses in US, however, send us a message before returning your item, so we can tell you which to use for your specific product. Furthermore, if your item was shipped from our Warehouses in another countries, we'll need to provide you additional information. Please, note that we are not responsible for eventual wrong addresses you use to return the items.
